Perfect for cash-rich, time-poor investors the joint venture gives the opportunity to fully fund a Balst investment and receive a pre-agreed ROI upon disposal of the asset.

Joint venture contract

Contract signed between Balst and JV partner stipulating terms applicable to the investment.

Asset acquisition

Asset sourced and acquired respecting the budget cap set for the investment. 

03.

Development

All renovation and/or development of the property will be carried out under Balst's management.

04.

Asset disposal

The property will be sold and profits divided between the partners.

PROPERTY SOURCING

We offer a property sourcing service to those who are looking to invest in Spanish property and subsequently manage the property themselves. 

01.

Initial consultation

An initial meeting to discuss your reasons for investing and the type of investment you wish to make.  This will allow Balst to draw up a sourcing strategy. 

02.

Contract

Contract enabling Balst to search for property on your behalf and stipulating the costs and conditions of the service. The service is only charged for if your successfully purchase a property sourced by Balst. 

03.

Asset acquisition

Purchase process will be managed either by your own representative or directly by Balst. 

04.

Post-purchase

After purchasing you will have the option to independently manage your investment. Balst will be on hand for consultancy services if help is needed with licences, development or any other real estate related solutions.
